Artistic Terms

1. All art and illustrations will be created in my own art style. Do not ask me to imitate another artist's style.2. If you would like me to develop a style unique for your project, it must be negotiated ahead of time. Developing new styles or looks will take time and may increase the price of the work.3.Extra characters, features, and elements within a single work must be discussed before the work is started.

Posting Publishing and Credit

1. All commission work will be usable by the Artists for portfolio purposes. I will not claim your character nor it's design as my own.2.Do not claim full credit for the creation of the work. While the commissioner has ownership of the artwork. "Lauren Dean" retain certain rights such as artist credits and publication of the artwork in my personal portfolio and on my social media.3. Artwork I create will bear my signature when posted to social media. Exceptions include images of the work appearing in screenshots of your project. If you would like other exceptions please discuss them with me ahead of time.4.You can post the commission on your social networks if you wish, but I would like you to give me the corresponding credits for the artwork done. Appropriate credit includes; appearance of artist's signature on work, mention of artist name in post. "Lauren Dean" "Lauren Rae Dean" "LRDean" "LRDean_Socks" or "Socks". If this does not fit your needs, please negotiate before posting.

Payments Refunds and Receiving Work

1. The commission will only be official once payment has been made.2. Payments over $20 will be payed in 2 installments. Half payment after you have seen and approved the sketch draft. And other half payment once you have approved final work.3. You will receive the high resolution completed work after both payments are received.4. Acceptable payment methods "PayPal".5. Full refunds are allowed if I have not progressed for more than 5 months or if you have an emergency, otherwise no refunds are allowed.6. Partial refunds will be considered if the artwork has already started.7. All commissions will be delivered in digital format in a high resolution image file. These files are often large. Please list preferred email you would like to receive artwork.8. I reserve the right to refund and cancel the commission at any time.

Requests and Revisions

1. Changing your reference images is not allowed unless requested to provide new ones.2. Before the first payment is due, you will be sent a sketch. Upon receiving the sketch you may ask for changes.3. Once payment is made, that is acknowledgment you are fine with the current product and the artist can move on to the next stage.4. Once the image is finished, you will receive a low resolution or water marked version to review.5.If you are pleased with the final product, you will make the final payment. (no major changes can be made in this stage)5. Changes can not be made after final payment has been received.
